Following our covering letter with the invoice of your Subscription/Maintenance/Community Fee we sent in the last week of January 2019, we are writing again to remind you of its due date which is 01 February 2019.

The month is now close to the end. We would like to bring to your attention that the due date is usually 01 January, however, for this year’s fee, it has been adjusted to 01 February. This surely allows some time for you to settle it in time. Now that the month is nearing towards the end, we wish to remind you again so you will not overlook the invoice just in case you have misplaced it earlier this month.

In addition to the above-mentioned time allowance we gave you, we shall also include you in our Lucky Draw if you pay no later than 28 February 2019. Lucky winner will receive a 7-night complimentary stay at Swiss-Garden Residences Kuala Lumpur for 2 persons valid for 12 months. Announcement will be made in the first week of March 2019.

So delay no more! Settle the invoice before end of this month and seize the chance of winning the above holiday.
